{"id":65668,"date":"2022-11-16T11:32:16","date_gmt":"2022-11-16T10:32:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.museudebadalona.cat\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=65668"},"modified":"2022-11-17T19:00:07","modified_gmt":"2022-11-17T18:00:07","slug":"collection-of-domenec-estrade-gri","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/www.museudebadalona.cat\/en\/act\/collection-of-domenec-estrade-gri\/","title":{"rendered":"Badalona through the camera of Dom\u00e8nec Estrad\u00e9 Gri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In April of last year, Elisabet Absil gave the Museum the slides she kept made by an uncle of hers.<\/p>\n<p>Gynecologist by profession, resident of the La Plana area, Dom\u00e8nec Estrad\u00e9 was a photography enthusiast who always had his camera in hand.<\/p>\n<p>His slides, from before 1968 and mostly Badalona themed, document a city quite different from what it is today, more than fifty years later.<\/p>\n<p>The passage of time has damaged the quality of the slides, a delicate chemical photographic support and difficult to preserve.
