Pairing of Roman wines and appetizers, by the restaurant La Sargantana, followed by the show played by Carles Alcoy and Elena Codó. A couple of small owners and merchants of Baetulo, Cornelia and Claudi Trigeu have a discussion. He, provincial and calm, is a flexible stoic. She, much younger, is a cultured and daring woman. Echoes of Apollo, the Muses and Bacchus is a concert of Greco-Roman music that evokes the sonority and poetry of classical antiquity. It includes hymns and other musical pieces played with replicas of musical instruments built by professional luthiers from old models.
