Today. at 7 pm, the Museum will open the exhibition dedicated to the Carthusian Monastery of Montalegre, the only Catalan monastery of this Order that is still inhabited by a community of monks. The exhibition will explore the history of this important monastery of Tiana, whose origins date back to 1415 when a community of carthusians from VallparadĂs (Terrassa) was established.

The exhibition will be seen from October 19th to January 14th of 2018, and will be completed with a series of conferences, by various specialists, who will approach us to several aspects of the Carthusians life as history, art, gastronomy or literature.
