Everything ready for the Night of the Museums
On Saturday, May 20th, comes a new edition of the Night of the Museums, a must for lovers of culture and heritage.
In Badalona, the Night becomes the perfect excuse to discover or rediscover the spaces preserved of the Roman city of Baetulo. You can visit the Roman baths for free, one of the best preserved examples of republican time in the entire Iberian Peninsula, and the streets and houses of their environment, a space that is one of the underground spaces musealized of the Roman period most important in Europe. Beyond this circuit of about 3,400 square meters, you will be able to visit also the House of the Dolphins, the Quintus Licinius Garden and the water conduit, an underground conduit that supplied clean water to the Roman city of which are crossed about 40 meters.
As innovation we will see the sculpture of old Bacchus, recently discovered, and the pavement of opus scutulatum found in Via Augusta that has joined the space of Roman baths-Decumanus.
In addition, everybody that goes to the Museum can participate in the draw for a trip to London for two hotel nights to visit museums with the National Art Museum Pass, the card that opens the doors of more than 240 museums in Britain for a year!
